5 KLCC New Launch Condos to Compare in 2026

Compare five KLCC new launch condos in 2026, including CloutHaus, KL360, Divine KLCC, Dawn KLCC and Armani Hallson. See what makes each different.

PETRONAS Twin Towers, Suria KLCC and KLCC Park in Kuala Lumpur City Centre

There is no single best new launch in KLCC. One buyer may care about walking to the office, while another wants a larger home, easier rail access or a unit that is simpler to furnish. Here are five current projects worth comparing, with the differences kept clear.

Start here

KLCC covers more than the streets beside the Twin Towers. Jalan P Ramlee, Jalan Saloma, Jalan Ampang and the Raja Uda side offer different walking routes, traffic patterns and daily conveniences. A famous postcode helps, but the exact address still decides how the home feels.

The quick comparison

01CloutHaus

Jalan P Ramlee and hotel service. For buyers focused on address and service.

02KL360

Raja Uda MRT and varied layouts. For rail users and different household sizes.

03Divine KLCC

Compact to family layouts. For buyers who want more layout choices.

04Dawn KLCC

Compact homes near Saloma Link. For smaller households and city routines.

05Armani Hallson

Furnished units on Jalan Ampang. For buyers who prefer an easier setup.

The list reflects projects buyers are comparing in 2026. It does not mean every project first launched this year. Availability, prices and completion details can also change, so confirm the current position before making a decision.

1. CloutHaus

CloutHaus has the strongest core KLCC address in this group. It is on Jalan P Ramlee, close to the established office, hotel and entertainment part of the city centre. The project combines residences with hospitality, and the published residential layouts run from about 549 to 1,216 square feet.

The appeal is easy to understand. You are choosing a recognisable address and a more serviced style of living. The question is whether you will genuinely use that service and whether the premium makes sense for your intended stay or tenant.

Look closely at: the actual view, lift arrangement, service charges and how much usable space each layout gives you.

2. KL360

KL360 sits closer to Raja Uda MRT, so its story is less about being directly beside KLCC Park and more about rail convenience. Published layouts range from about 450 to 939 square feet, covering studios through to three bedroom homes.

This could make sense if the Putrajaya Line fits your normal journey. It also gives buyers more room to choose between a compact unit and something suitable for a couple or small family. Still, visit the street yourself. A short distance on a map does not always tell you whether the walk feels comfortable at night or in heavy rain.

Look closely at: the station route, surrounding development, unit orientation and whether the layout still works after furniture is added.

3. Divine KLCC

Divine KLCC on Jalan Saloma offers one of the broadest layout selections here. The published range starts around 502 square feet and reaches about 1,319 square feet, including one plus one, two bedroom, dual key, two plus one and three plus one choices.

That variety is useful because not every KLCC buyer wants a small investment unit. Some may want a proper study, a room for parents or more separation between the living space and bedrooms. The trade off is that a large menu of layouts takes more work to compare. Size alone will not tell you which plan is efficient.

Look closely at: the shape of the living room, bedroom privacy, view direction and whether a dual key arrangement suits your real plans.

4. Dawn KLCC

Dawn KLCC is positioned near the Saloma Link corridor, with compact layouts from about 350 to 804 square feet. It connects the KLCC side with the Kampung Baru side of the city, which gives residents a different daily routine from living right beside Suria KLCC.

The smaller units may appeal to one person, a couple or a buyer who wants a manageable city base. But compact does not automatically mean efficient. A 350 square foot home needs sensible storage, a usable kitchen and enough room to live without constantly moving furniture around.

Look closely at: storage, kitchen space, the real route to rail and whether nearby construction affects the view or noise level.

5. Armani Hallson

Armani Hallson is on Jalan Ampang and offers furnished layouts from about 406 to 1,182 square feet. Selected plans include dual key choices, while the furnished delivery may reduce the work needed before moving in or renting the unit.

This is the practical attraction. Some buyers want a home they can set up with less coordination. Even so, check the furnishing list carefully. A furnished package is only useful when the pieces fit the layout, the storage is enough and replacement costs remain reasonable.

Look closely at: what the furnishing package includes, the covered connection concept, ongoing fees and any optional management terms.

How I would narrow the list

Start with three questions. Where do you need to travel on a normal weekday? How much usable space do you actually need? Are you buying for yourself, for a tenant or for a mix of both?

If you want the most established KLCC routine, begin with the exact walking route around Jalan P Ramlee and Jalan Ampang. If rail matters more, compare the Raja Uda side. If layout flexibility is the priority, spend more time with Divine KLCC. If you want something compact, study Dawn carefully rather than assuming the smallest unit is automatically the best value.

Do not compare new launches in isolation

KLCC already has many completed condominiums and serviced residences. A new project has to compete with homes that buyers and tenants can inspect today. Compare the new launch price with completed alternatives, then include maintenance, furnishing, loan interest and the time before completion.

If you are open to a completed home, the KLCC subsale condo checklist will help you inspect the title, management records, condition and monthly costs. For a wider view of the city centre, start with our Central Kuala Lumpur property guide.

Final thought

The best KLCC project is not the one with the longest facility list. It is the one whose location, layout and full cost still make sense after the excitement wears off.
